Vegetable Masala Upma

Healthy start for the day

Ingredients 

Wheat Ravva 1cup
onion 1
green chillies 5
carrot 2
tomato 1
Ginger 1tbsp
Green peas 2tbsp
spring onions 2tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tbsp
channa dal 2tbsp
curry leaves few
mustard seeds 1tbsp
cumin seeds 1tbsp
Urad dal 1/2tbsp
Salt per taste
water 2cups

Procedure

1.heat 1tbsp of oil add wheat ravva and roast until nice flavour and keep it aside
2.heat up 3tbsp of oil add seasoning mustard seeds,cumin seeds and urad dal,channa dal and curry leaves
3.Saute everything and add chopped ginger pieces and add onions and green chillies 
4.saute well and add carrot followed by spring onions,tomatoes and green peas
5.Saute for 4min and add garam masala powder 
6.Now add 2cups of water for 1cup ravva and add required salt
7.close the lid for 5min 
8.When the water comes to boil add the wheat ravva and mix everything 
9.mix continuously to avoid lumps
10.Add 1tbsp of ghee and keep lid on and let it cook for 5min 
11.Tada serve your vegetable upma is ready to serve
