Potato chips In microwave

Ok who doesn't love chips..Everyone does right ..but afraid of calories..So for the people who loves potato chips i m dedicating this recipe ..Lets watch the ingredients 

#No deep frying
#1spoon oil

1.take one potato and slice them very thin
2. add the sliced potatoes and add salt,oregano and oil
3. make sure that potatoes are coated well
4.place these slices in a microwave proof tin or plate
5. bake them on high power for 4min
6.flip over and bake 2more minutes 
7.take into cup and serve
8.Tada healthy potato chips are ready to serve

Arbi Crispy fry

Once my bro visited my house and i served him this curry..he hates Arbi..but he became arbi fan after eating this..he will ask me every time to cook arbi fry when we meet..you too try this and you will love

Ingredients 

Arbi - 500gm

Oil for deep frying

salt per taste

Red chilli powder - 1tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp

Coriander powder - 1tbsp

Roasted cumin powder - 1tbsp

Garam masala powder - 1/2tsp

Procedure:


Boil Arbi in pressure cooker for 2 whistles..
Take out and peel off the skin..
cut them ..plz refer pic 
Place oil in kadai and when the oil is hot drop the pieces and fry them until golden brown..
Take them out on tissue paper 
Make them in batches and add in a bowl
Add the seasonings salt,chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder and Garam masala powder..place lid and shake them well..so that the seasoning will coat all the arbi pieces..
Tada Arbi fry is ready to serve..yum yum

Aloo crispy fry

Aloo fry is almost every ones favorite ..kids also love to eat ..Not a deep fried one yet crispy ..ok Lets see
#No onion

Ingredients:

Potato - 250grams
red chilli powder - 1tbsp
dania powder - 1tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1tbsp
turmeric - 1/2 tbsp
salt per taste

Procedure:

Cut aloo in small pieces ..add oil in vok and add the potato pieces ..saute for about 5 min with lid on ..make sure it doesnt stick to pan ..keep stirring ..add in all the spice powders red chilli pow,cumin powder,dania powder, turmeric and salt..saute and close the lid ..fry on low flame for about 15 minutes ..Tada Your crispy aloo fry ready..munch on as it is or eat along with sambhar n rasam

Raw Banana 65

Ok so why always aloo 65 ..Lets try this new dish ..Osum side dish for dal,sambhar and even rasam..You can munch on at romantic evening ..ok lets jump into ingredients 


Raw banana - 2
Rice flour- 1cup
Gram flour(besan)- 1cup
Cornflour - 3/4th cup
salt per htaste
Red chilli powder - 2tbsp
Garam masla powder - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1tbsp

Procedure:

Take a bowl add all the ingredients listed except Raw banana..
Add little water and make a lump free batter ..consistency should not be think nor thin ..check the pic below for reference ..
Mean while place an kadai n heat oil
place another bowl and heat up some water and add salt ..let it come to boil..add  chopped raw banana and cook for 4 minutes ..it shouldn't be so soft ..carefull
Take out the banana pieces and add in the batter ..mix well
Add the pieces one by one and fry it golden brown ..
Tada Your Banana 65 is ready to serve
Tip: Add a little salt in hot oil..It will make that the dish wont absorb oil..
