Chinese veg sizzler with Indian twist


Sizzler list
1.Vegetable fried rice
2.Coriander corn noodles
3.Veg Manchurian sause
4.Oats Aloo tikki
5.Saute vegetables
6.Grilled corn with dash of lime
INGREDIENTS
Rice 1cup
Carrot 3
Aloo 4
Cabbage 1cup
Tomoto 2
Onions 3
Green peas 1cup
Soy sauce
Tomoto ketchup
Coriander 1cup
Green chillies 10
Spring onion 1cup
Corn 1
Conflour 1tbsp
Oil as required
Salt
Pepper
Oregano 1tbsp
Oats 1cup
Noodles 1packet

Procedure

1.Add a vok add olive oil add onions,carrot,peas,shredded cabbage,corn and salt..
2.saute well and close the lid
3.open the lid and add soy sause and pepper
4.mix well and add cooked rice
5.add little salt if required and pepper
6.add a spoonful of tomoto ketchup and saute well
7.saute well and close lid
8.vegetable Friedrice is ready
#Vegetable Manchurian suace
1. Boil potatoes
2. In a bowl add mashed potatoes, cabbage, green chillies, onions
3.mix all these well and make a dough
4.seperate the dough into equal parts and make them round shape
5.place a appe pan and add a drop oil in each cavity
6.drop the balls in each cavity and roast well both sides
7.appe pan Manchurian is ready
8.In a pan add chopped garlic and ginger ..
9.add onions,spring onions and green chillies
10.add a tbsp of soya sause and 2tbsp of tomoto ketchup
11.add a cup of water and add salt
12. Make conflour paste and add the mixture to boiling water
13 Add the Manchurian balls and stir well
14. Garnish with spring onion
15. Vegetable Manchurian sauce is ready
#Oats aloo tikki
1.take a cup of oats and blend into powder
2. Boil potatoes
3. In a bowl add chopped onion and green chillies
4.add mashed potatoes and salt
5. Add oats powder and mix well using hand
6. Make balls and flatten them to form tikki shape
7. Add a little oil and put these tikkis on pan
8.roast both sides
9. Oats Aloo tiki is ready
#Saute veggies
1. Cut your desired vegetables in a cube shape
2. I used onions, tomoto,cabbage,carrot,corn,green peas,spring onion
3. add little olive oil and add these all veggies one at a time
4.add salt and saute well
5. add 1tbsp of tomato ketchup and saute well
6.suate veggies are ready to serve
#Corinder corn noodles
1.blend a handful of coriander and green chillies and make into paste
2. meanwhile boil water and add raw noodles
3. cook until they are done
4.strain with help of strainer
5.add a pan add oil and chopped garlic and sliced onions
6. saute until brown
7.add coriander paste and salt
#Grilled corn
1.Take a corn and place on the stove top
2. flip it continuesly and grill it until golden brown
3.make sure all the sides are cooked well
4.take in a plate and add a pinch of salt and red chilli powder
5.place a dash of lime
6.Grilled corn is ready to serve
Take big serving plate add cabbage leaves and arrange all the items
Tada healthy veg sizzler is ready to serve
