Corn Dosa

Try this nutritious corn dosa Tasty bhi Healthy bhi Ingredients Boiled corn 1cup Moong dal 1/2cup onion 1 green chillies 4 Ginger 2inch Cumin seeds salt per taste
Procedure 1.In a blender add boiled corn,soaked moong dal,onion,green chillies,Ginger with some salt 2. blend this into smooth paste using some water 3.This should be like a regular dosa batter consistency 4.Heat up Tawa when its hot 5. Add a spoonful of batter and rotate in clock wise 6.Sprinkle some Cumin seeds 7.Add 1tbsp oil and let it cook for 1min 8.Flip over and again cook for 1min 9.Take over from Tawa and serve This goes well with channa dal Chutney and coconut Chutney and even Ginger Chutney
