Oats Mixed Fruit Pie


So I decided to create innovative one..what's innovative when I do the crust with Maida or wheat flour and sugar..today I am presenting pie with oats and cinnamon.. one can eat with no guilt and can satisfy your sweet tooth.. so enjoy these healthy oats pie .. serve your family Healthy recipes
Here come the ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
oats powder -1cup
Greek yogurt-1cup
Milk -20ml
Honey-3tbsp
Oil -1tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1tsp
Fruits of your choice
Promogranate-1
Orange -2
Grapes - a bunch
PROCEDURE:
1.take oats and blender them in a mixer
2.oats powder is now ready..mix a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in it..cinnamon adda extra flavor when mixed with oats
3.take a bowl add oats powder in that add honey,oil and milk ..
4.make this like a dough using your hands..refer pics
5.take cup cake moulds ..I used silicon moulds
6.press lightly to form a pie shape
7.bake this pies in a preheated oven for about 12 to 15minutes @180degrEES
8.mean while make Greek yogurt/hung curd
9.take a colander and put strainer and a cloth over it
10.add the curd and press with a spoon and press slightly
11. Your Greek yogurt is ready..keep aside
12.chop all the fruits
13.our pie is ready
14.fill with Greek yogurt then fruits of your choice..
15.I used pomegranates, orange n grapes..you can use strawberries, kiwi what ever fruits you want your choice
