Carrot rice with a twist ..you will love it and it can be made in jiffy with very few ingredients ..ok here comes the ingredients
Ingredients:
Carrot 5
Pickle(Any) I used Hot Mango Pickle
Onion 2
Green chillies 4
Grees peas Handfull(optional)
Ghee 2tbsp
Pepper 1tbsp
salt per taste
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Procedure:
1. Soak rice for half an hour and cook rice and keep aside..you can even use leftover rice
2. Grate carrot and keep aside
3. In a pan Add ghee and chopped onions and green chillies
4. Saute them and when the onions are brown add grated carrot and green peas ..fry gor about 5 min
5. Add all the seasonings salt,chilli powder and pepper..Mix well
6. Add 2spoons of pickle ..I used hot mango pickle
7. Mix well and add cooked rice and 1tbsp ghee
8. Mix everthing well and close the lid for about 3min
9. Tada Carrot pickle rice is ready to serve
