Three layered dania pizza parathaa
Ingredients :
#For roti
Wheat flour 1cup
Ghee 1tbsp
salt per taste

#For stuffing
Boiled potatoes 2
Tomatoes 2
keera 1
onion 1
capsicum 1
corn 2tbsp
coriander chutney
tomoto ketchup
Cheese
salt
pepper
#Herbs
Oregano
Rosemary
Chilli flakes

Procedure:
#For roti
1.mix wheat flour ,salt and ghee and make a soft dough
2.rest for 20min and make four balls
3.Roll them and make rotis

#For Coriander Chutney
1.Heat up a vok
2. add cumin seeds and Green chillies
3.add a cup full of coriander
4.saute well and add salt
5. saute for about 5min
6.switch off d flame and blend into paste

#For pizza paratha
1.place a roti on plate
2. Add sliced potatoes, corn,capsicum ,salt,pepper,oregano,chilliflakes,rosemary,cheese and 1tbsp oil..
3. Add another roti add tomoto ketchup..
4. Place keera slices and tomoto slices and corn
5.sprinkle salt,pepper powder,herbs and chesse
6.place 3rd roti
7. again coriander Chutney returns.. apply all over roti
8. Add onions,pototoes,capsicum,corn
9.sprinkle salt,pepper powder,herbs and shredded cheese
10.place 4th rotii..done
11.place a tawa on stove top
12.place this pizza on pan ..cover with lid and let it cook for 3min
13.Flip over another side carefully
14.cook for 2min..see the cheese Mmm
15. Tada Take out on plate and serve..
