Green tea Cashewnut Pannacotta

Green tea cashewnut pannacotta
you can have this delicious desert without guilt ..As i have used greentea.. generally everyone use gelatin ..gelatin is animal product and not good for health..can substitute agaragar ..but i couldn't found in any local stores at my place ..so used cashewnuts paste as thickening agent ..I didnt taste this as today i am on fast..served my hubby and he loved tasted ..he said its unique taste..ok Lets see the ingredients
Green tea cashewnut Pannacotta
INGREDIENTS
Milk 1cup
Heavy cream 1/2cup
cashewnut Handful
green tea powder 2tbsp
sugar 1/2cup
brown sugar 2tbsp
Procedure
1.heat milk in a pan
2. let it come to a boil
3.meanwhile blend cashewnut into powder
4.make thick paste of cashewnuts powder using milk
5.when the milk is boiling add sugar plus brown sugar
6.let it boil until the sugar crystals dissolve
7.its time to add cashewnut paste..and stir continuesly with a help of whisk
8.After mixing for 5 to 7min the milk will thicken up
9. add a heavy cream and stir well
10. Add 2tbsp green tea powder (I took tetley greentea leaves and powdered them using stone)and stir well
11.let it boil and you should stir continuesly to avoid burning from bottom
12. Switch off the stove
13.let it completely cool
14.pour in silicone moulds or ramekins
15.place in refrigerator for 4 to 6hours
16.Tada take out and serve with chocolate flakes .
