I shortly call this p3 Pulao..The best Nutritious Pulao I ever had
Ingredients
Palak 1bundle
paneer 150gm
peas 1cup
onion 2
Green chillies 5
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Biryani leaf 2
Cloves 5
Dalchini 2inch
Green cardamom 3
Oil
Salt
Coriander powder 2tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tbsp
Procedure
1.Soak rice for half an hour
2.clean palak and boil for 5 min
3.Blend this palak and green chillies into paste
4.In a pan add 2tbsp of oil
5.Add cubed panner pieces followed by salt,dania powder and garam masala powder
6.Saute the panner pieces for about 5 to 7min
7.Take a Handi and add 3tbsp of oil
8.when the oil is hot add bay leaf followed by garam masala ingredients
9.saute for a minute and add sliced onions and slitted green chillies
10.add ginger garlic paste and saute till the onion are transparent
11.Now add the prepared palak puree,green peas,Coriander powder and mix well for 5 min
12.Add water(1and1/2cup water for 1cup rice)
13.Add salt,turmeric powder and 1/2tsp garam masala powder
14.mix well and let it come to a rolling boil(don't close the lid)
15.Add soaked rice and sauted panner pieces..close the lid and cook for 5 min on high flame
16.Once open the lid and mix well from the bottom
17.Once again close the lid and cook in very slow flame for 7 to 10 min
18.Time depends upon the Rice you used
19.Tada healthy and nutritious p3 pulao is ready to serve
