Almond Chai Seeds pudding

Healthy bhi,tasty bhi
From Kids to old people can have this healthy delicious pudding
No sugar
No corn starch
No agar agar
Ekdam healthy.. Thank you Veena Panchal dii my husband n inlaws loved this ..because of you I created this pudding
Ingredients:
Almonds 25
Kaju 7
Dates 5
Chai seeds 3tbsp
Honey 2tbsp
Fruits
Chocolate or Choco powder-10grams
Serves 4people
Procedure:
1.Soak almonds in hot water for 2hrs
Take a blender add peeled almonds,kaju ,dates and 1tbsp of honey and blend into paste..here add water if required
2.add cooking choclate in a bowl and melt in a double boiler method otherwise you can use Choco powder
3.take Chai seeds and soak in fresh water for about ten minutes
4.add the melted choclate to the almond dates paste and mix well
5.check the taste and add honey per your requirement
6.take a glass add chopped banana and promogranate seeds add the pudding again fruits and pudding..
7.Refrigirate for 1hour and serve
You can decorate per your choice
I decorated with chocolate shavings and Chai seeds
Tada Almond Chai seeds pudding is ready to serve
