Healthy version of soup
Ingredients :
Palak 1bunch
onion 1
Garlic 3pods
Pepper corns 12
Bay leaf 1
Olive oil 1tbsp
Procedure :
1.Heat pan and add olive oil / oil
2.Add chopped garlic followed by bay leaf..saute for a minute
3.add chopped onion and pepper corns.. saute for 2min
4.Add chopped palak..mix well everything and add salt
5.Saute for about 3min
6.Add one cup of water/ as per your requirement
7.cook for about 5min .. don't close the lid
8.When palak is soft..take the bay leaf out.. (Added bay leaf for flavour only)
9.Take out the palak from water using net
10.Blend the palak mixture into smooth paste without adding water
11.Now in the same pan add the blended palak paste and add the water that have separated from palak
12.Add water as you require add pepper powder and adjust salt and cook with lid open for 5 to 7 min
13.Tada take soup in bowls and serve with roasted Papad
