Beetroot dryfruit Zarda pulao

Ingredients
Basmati rice - 1cup
Beetroot 1
biryani leaf 1
cardamom pods 2
sugar 1/2 cup
salt pinch
kaju handfull
badam handfull
kismiss 6
Procedure
1.soak basmati rice for 15mim
2.grate 1beetroot 
3.Add a pan add ghee and saute kaju,badam and kismiss
4. Add grated beetroot and saute for 3minutes
5. add soaked rice and fry for 2minutes
6. Add half cup sugar..mix well
7. Add 11/2 cups of water and little salt
8.place on high flame for 5min and simmer it and cook until done and the rice should ne grainy and should separate 
9.Tada Beetroot Zarda pulao is ready to serve
