Panner Tikka Masala



A perfect combination for nan ,Roti and even Rice

Ingredients :

Paneer 250gm
Onion  2
Tomato 2
Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt per taste
Chilli powder 2tbsp
Coriander powder 2tbsp
Roasted Zeera powder 1tbsp
Pav Bhaji masala 1tbsp
Paprika 1tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tbsp

#For Paneer tikka

Salt 1/2tbsp
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Roasted Zeera powder 1tbsp
Pav Bhaji masala 2tbsp
Paprika 1tbsp
Garam masala powder 1tbsp

Procedure:

1.Make onions into paste with some garam masala powder..Keep the paste aside
2.for paneer tikka add cubed panner in a bowl and add all the ingredients listed under panner tikka and marinate the panner cubes 
3.Mix well and take skewers..attach all the panner cubes to skewers and grill 
4. You can do in Oven for 7 to 10 min/ On stove top you can grill for about 5 to 7 min
5. keep the panner cubes and keep aside
6. In a pan add oil and butter add the onion paste and roast for 5 min 
7. When the onion paste turned brown add ginger garlic paste and saute..
8.Add all the seasoning listed under Ingredients 
9.Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 min 
10. Keep the lid and cook until oil seperates
11.Add half cup water and cook for about 2 min
12. Add grilled panner in the gravy and cook for 3 to 5 min with Lid on
13. Tada Panner Tikka Masala is ready to serve
