Well For making bread..you must knead well..Knead knead knead ..
If you have a stand mixer it will be easy for you..I dont have so have to knead it with hand ..I enjoyed and somewhat done hardwork making this and the result is worth it

Jirafee print bread loaf
Ingredients :
whole wheat flour 2cups
Cocao powder 20gm
Yeast 7gm
salt per taste
sugar 2tbsp
Ghee/butter 2tbsp
water for kneading
Cocao powder 20gm

Procedure :
1.Take a big bowl..add whole wheat flour,yeast,salt,sugar
2.mix well and make a well
3.Add hot water and mix it and make a smooth dough out of it
4. Here comes the difficulty
5. Knead it on a mat for about 22 to 25min
6.If you press the dough with finger..it shouldn't bounce back
7.so the dough is ready
8.divide dough into two parts one is bigger and another smaller
8.Here you can use your kitchen scale..my dough is about 550gm
9. so i divided into 320 and 230
10. keep the small dough and keep this in warm place to rise
11.Now for the big dough add 20gm cocoa powder and water and again mix the dough
12.you should knead this very well for about 20min
13.now place this in another bowl and place in warm place and let it rise
14. leave it for about four hours
15.take the white and chocolate dough out..see its raised very well..refer for the pictures here
16.now make 4 portions of doughs from white
17.one is slightly bigger and 3 are slightly small
18.1*75 and 3*55
19.take the chocolate dough and divide into four parts
20.1*100 and 3*75
21.so your doughs are ready
22. take chocolate dough and roll in oval shape and roll into a log
23. Take Plain dough and roll into oval shape
24.now place the chocolate log into plain one and close the chocolate log
25.A bit confused please refer pictures
26.do this step for all the doughs
27.you will end up with four logs
28.now take a log and roll with your palms and cut into half
29.do 28th step for all the logs
30.so you will end up with 8logs now
31.Take a greased loaf and place 3small logs and then 2big logs and again 3small logs
32.Place a cloth towel and rest it for 1hour
33.place this in preheated oven for 30min @180degrees
34.Take out and cut
35.Tada Giraffe print bread is ready to serve
