Rice Ravva Pulihora


 An awesome breakfast or lunch with tangy taste

Ingredients 

Rice ravva 1cup
turmeric powder 1tbsp
salt per taste
Ground nuts 2tbsp
Chana dal 1tbsp
mustard seeds 1tbsp
Curry leaves 1tbsp
Green chillies 5
Red chillies 3
lemon juice 5tbsp

Procedure:

1.Heat 2cup of water for 1cup of ravva
2. Add salt 
3. When the water is rolling boiling add ravva followed by turmeric powder ..
4.Mix well and keep the lid 
5.After 5min open the lid and mix ..Ravva is boiled and ready
6.Add oil in pan ..add ground nuts followed by chana dal, mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and red chillies..saute everything 
7.add the boiled ravva to the sauted seasonings
8.mix well .. switch off the flame and let it cool down
9.add lemon juice and mix well 
10.Tada Rice ravva pulihora is ready to serve

                                               

























Mushroom Curry

Ingredients 

Mushroom 250gm
Onion 3
Tomato 2
Green chillies 6
curry leaves few
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
chilli powder 1tbsp
Jeera powder 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tbsp
salt per taste

Procedure:

1. Add oil in a wok and add green chillies and onions 
2. Saute well .. when the onions turn golden color add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves 
3.Mix well and add finely chopped tomatoes..
4.Close the lid and cook until oil seperates 
5.Add all the seasonings salt,chilli powder,coriander powder, Jeera powder, Garam masala powder and cook for 2 min
6.Add cleaned and chopped mushrooms and mix everything 
7. The masala should coat each mushroom pieces 
8.Add 1/2cup water and adjust salt
9.close the lid and cook for 5 to 8 min
10.when water evaropates switch off the flame
11. Tada mushroom curry is ready to be served with Hot rice or rotis 
12. Serve with a dash of lime

                                      



















Ragi Semiya

A Healthy start for your day
Tasty bhi Healthy bhi

Ingredients:

Ragi semiya 2cups
onion 1
green chillies 5
Ground nuts 2tbsp
channa dal 2tbsp
curry leaves few
mustard seeds 1tbsp
cumin seeds 1tbsp
Urad dal 1/2tbsp
Salt per taste
water 1cups

Procedure:

1.heat 1tbsp of oil add Ground nuts and saute well
2.add seasoning mustard seeds,cumin seeds and urad dal,channa dal and curry leaves
3.Saute everything and add chopped onions and green chillies 
4.Now add 1cups of water for 2cup ragi semiya and add required salt
5.close the lid for 3min 
6.When the water comes to boil add the Ragi semiya and mix everything 
7.mix continuously
8.Add 1tbsp of ghee and keep lid on and let it cook for 3min (This will cook very fast) keep checking
9.Tada serve your Ragi semiya is ready to serve
