Poori


I wont tell any description ..quickly jump into recipe

Ingredients :

Whole wheat flour
salt
Oil - 2tbsp
Water
Oil for deep frying

Procedure:

Take a bowl add 2 cup of wheat flour(I used ashirvad) add some salt and one tbsp oil ..mix well with hands..the flour should be crumble by now ..now add water little by little and make a tight dough..please refer the picture below 
Rest the dough for about 10 to 15 minutes
Meanwhile heat up oil in deep kadai ..cut the dough into small equal portions ..roll with the help of rolling pin ..the chapati should be thick (Refer the pic below)..
when oil is hot drop one poori and press on the top ..so that it will puff up..flip it another side and again press ..Take them out to tissue paper to take out excess oil..
Tada Hot Poori is ready to serve

Tip: Add a pinch of salt while frying ..they will absorb less oil
