Pepper Rasam



An awesome combi for rice in winters


Ingredients 



Tamarind pulp 1cup
onion 1
tomoto 1
pepper corns 3tbsp
mirchi 3
zeera pow 1tbsp
dania pow 1tbsp
turmeric 1tsp
red chilli pow 1tbsp
salt
coriander

For tempering
garlic pods 2
mustard seeds 1tsp
zeera seeds 1tbsp
urad dal 1tsp
red chiili 2
curry leaves -10
Procedure

Add tamarind pulp then onions,tomotoes,mirchi follows by turmeric and salt ..now add 2cups water for 1 cup of tamarind pulp..add chilli,dania and zeera powder miz well ..the main ingredient comes here take some peppercorn and place in a stone and make it course powder..you can even blend coarsely..add the pepper also and let it boil with lid on..when it comes to one time boil..prepare for tadka just add oil in vok add one by one listed under tempering..pour the tadka to rasam and boil for 5more minutes with lid on..Tada Pepper Rasam is ready to serve ..
