Brinjal Tomoto curry

I learn this from my nani..she was a great cook 

Ingredients :
Brinjal - 3
Tomato - 3
Mirchi -8
Tamarind - Lemon size

Tempering:

Mustard seeds :1tbsp
Cumin seeds :1tbsp
Urad dal : 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1
coriander - handfull
Fresh ginger - 1tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2tbsp

Procedure :

Cut all the brinjal and tomato ..put sliced brinjal, tomato,mirchi and tamarind in presure cooker and close the lid ..let it give 4 to 5 whistles..take out the lid and with help of dal masher or spoon mash everything
For tempering heat oil in pan add in mustard seeds when this spultter add cumin and urad dal..add in sliced onions , garlic ,ginger ..add chilli powder and saute well ..
Add the tempering to brinjal and tomato paste and mix well
Add in some chopped coriander 
Tada Brinjal tomato curry is ready to serve
