Country Chicken In Mud Pot

yes yes yes ..chicken cooked in mud pot..friends trust me this is the best chicken i ever tasted ..lets come to 

Ingredients

Country chicken-1kg
ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
salt per your taste 
red chilli pow 4tbsp
daniya pow-2tbsp
pepper corns 1tbsp
garam masala pow-1tbsp+1tbsp
curd-half cup
garam masala ingredients
roasted cumin pow 1tbsp
 mix all these ingredients in a bowl and add chicken and marinate well and rest it for 2 hours in refrigerator ..

For curry

onions -3
onion paste -half a cup
ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
green chillies - 6
cinamon stick-2inch
tomotoes 2 

Procedure:

first of all if you are using mitti pot for the first time seasoning should be done and add some oil in pot..add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and mirchi saute well..meanwhile blend some onions and cinamon stick into paste ..add that paste masala powder and saute well ..then add the marinated chicken and saute ..add chopped tomotoes  and add some salt ..close the lid and cook ..add some water and close the lid again..always remember when cooking in mitti pot you should always keep your flame in slow (this is mandatory)..Always check salt before serving ..add some garam masala on top and coriander leaves and cook for five more minutes ..the whole preocess will take you 40 minutes nearly..
Tada country chicken is ready to serve
