Palak Peas curry



An awesome combination of palak and peas ..ok now lets come to Ingredients

Spinach 2 Bunch
oil 2tbsp
chopped ginger 2inch Garlic(chopped) 1 TeaspoonsOnions(chopped) 2 Cup(1 cup for palak paste,one for curry)Green chillies 6Nutmeg powder a PinchMint Powder - 2tbsp( you can use fresh mint handfull)Turmeric powder 1/2 TspGinger garlic paste 1 TspTomatoes(finely chopped) 1 CupGaram masala 1/2 TspGreen peas 1 CupCoriander powder 1 TspCumin powder 1/2 TbspRed chilly powder 2Tbsp


PROCEDURE:
          Clean palak thoroughly in fresh water
Boil palak leaves in a pan then take it out and keep it aside. 
Heat 2tbsp oil in a vok then add ginger pieces, garlic pieces, green chillies, 1cup onions, nutmeg powder, mint leaves,palak..saute it well  and switch off the flame..


cool the mixture and then shift  into the blender and bend it into a smooth  paste.
The paste itself is awesome 
Again take 2tbsp oil in a pan and add 1cup onions, little salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and saute it. 
when the onions roasted well  add tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder and mix thoroughly..keep the lid on for 2 min 
 the tomatoes chunks should not left 
Now tym to add green peas ..mix really well
add the palak paste and mix..
mix everythning well..check with the salt and swich off the flame 
Tada palak peas is ready to serve 
Tip : never ever close the Lid when cooking leafy vegetables
