Ingredients: Tomotoes-10 Cumin seeds - half a cup Mirchi-6 Ginger-2inch
Procedure: Add 2tbsp oil to vok add Zeera when they are sputtering add Adrak and saute well ..now add Mirchi and cook ..finally add cubed tomotoes and saute well.no need to add water..the tomoto will cook on its own juices ..close the lid and cook in slow flame..off the flame and let it cool..then blend into smooth paste..this goes well with Idli dosa n upma Taada tomoto cumin chutney is ready..it is really good for digestion ..
