Poori Curry

Everyone's favorite even mine too..Alright jump into ingredients 


Ingredients:

Onions - 5
Potato - 2
mirchi -4
coriander - Handfull
ginger - 2inch
Gram flour/Chickpea flour - 3tbsp
Turmeric- 1tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
Salt per taste 
Mustard seeds-1/4tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/4tbsp
urad dal - 1/4tsp
chana dal - 1/2 tbsp

Procedure :

Add some water in a pot ..Let it come to a boil ..add a little salt and add roughly chopped potatoes ..In this way we can save time ..let the potato boil meanwhile take a blender and add chopped coriander,green chillies and ginger..blend without adding water(In this ways your kids wont take out coriander leaves from the dish..they are healthy right) ..keep asideTake a pan and add oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal and chana dal (I combined all)..saute ..add sliced onions(Remember dont chop onions slice them length wise..taste differs) an some salt ..don't add more we added in potatoes also..add in the coursely grinded mirchi paste also..close the lid and let it come to golden colour..Add in the boiled potato followed by turmeric and red chilli powder..mix well and add 1cup of waterclose the lid and let it come to a boilMeanwhile take gram flour/besan in a cup add little by little water and make a lump free batter..keep asideNow open the lid add the besan batter and mix well(mix immediately or else lumps will form)..check for salt and close the lid..let it boil for 4 minutes..Open the lid and mix wellTada Poori curry is ready to serve
