Ingredients:
Wet:
Curd/yogurt - 250ml
Vanilla extract - 1tbsp
Oil - 50ml

Wheat flour - 120grams

Cocoa powder - 30grams
Oats powder - 30grams
Ragi powder/flour - 30grams
Sugar - 150grams (I used natural sugarcane sugar )
Baking soda - 1tsp
Baking powder - 1tbsp
Oats powder - 30grams
Ragi powder/flour - 30grams

Baking soda - 1tsp
Baking powder - 1tbsp
Know the difference tbsp is Tablespoon tsp is Teaspoon
Procedure :
Take a big bowl add curd followed by sugar(I used dermara natural sugar..If you dont have use normal sugar or castor sugar ),vanilla extract and oil ..whisk this mixture well until the sugar dissolves in it Time for dry ingredients ..sieve wheat flour,cocoa powder,ragi flour,Oats powder,bakind soda and baking powder ..sieve all these ingredients into the wet ingredients ..mix very well with the help of stapula ..this should not have any lumps ..now line a 6 inch pan with parchment paper and add this mixture and with help of spoon adjust cleanly all the sides Set your oven in preheating mode at 170 degreesplace the tin and bake this for 35 to 40 minutestimes varies depend upon type of oven ..mine took 38 minutes ..
Take out and check with knife or fork in the middle ..It should come clean ..Let it cool and cut
It stays fresh for 3 days in a air tight container Taada your healthy brownies are ready to fill your tummy..serve and enjoy
