Tomato Rasam

 Simple Yet Tasty ..Try out this Tangy taste 
Tomatoes half kg

Mirchi 6
Ginger1inch
Garlic 5pods

For tempering

Mustard seeds - 1tbsp

Zeera - 2tbsp
Urad dal -1/2tbsp
Kaddipatta - 10leaves

Procedure :

Boil all these in pressure cooker for 2 Whistle
Take out all the stuff and add lemon size tamarind..blend smoothly in mixi grinder

Take the mixture and add in pan and add 2glasses of water ..according to the thickness.. boil this for 20min ..ahh the aroma in your house..

Add in 2tbsp of red chilli powder and 1tbsp of daniya powder


Temper all these in hot oil and add to the tomoto charu..

It will be delicious and goes well with hot rice
Try this and I bet everyone in your house will praise you ..
