Coriander Coconut Chutney

This is perfect combination for Idli and dosa

Ingredients


Coriander 1bunch
coconut half cup
mirchi 6
garlic pods 4
roasted channa dal half cup
salt 

For tempering


Mustard seeds 1tbsp
cumin seeds 1tbsp
urad dal 1tbsp
red chilli 2

Procedure


Take a blender and add all the items listed under ingredients ..add some water and blend into smooth paste ..heat a vok add mustard seeds,cumin and urad dal followed by red chillies ..

Tada coriander coconut chutney is ready
