Moong dal dosa(Pesarattu)


Nutritious  and tummy full breakfast..

Ingredients 

Green Moong dal 1big cup
Rice 1/4th cup
Green chillies 6
Ginger 25Gm

For toppings:
Cumin seeds as needed
Onions 3

Procedure:

1. Soak moong dal and rice overnight or for 6 to 8hours
2. In a blender add the soaked dal,rice,salt,green chillies and chopped ginger 
3.Add required water and blend into smooth paste 
4. The batter should be flowing consistency 
5. Meanwhile chop onions
6. heat a tawa and add 1spoonful of batter and turn the spoon clockwise 
7. Don't make the dosa thin..it should ne thick enough 
8. Add some chopped onions and cumin seeds and some oil 
9. After 3min flip the dosa carefully and let the onions turn brown
